The Scope Authority Energy Act has taken the initiative to create a Lean Business Case related to the transition from the current ODA mandate process. In the current situation, an independent service provider (ODA) receives measurement data from smart meters and connection and fault information if they have a customer mandate. With effect from the Energy Act, this process must be converted into a data sharing process.
The Lean Business Case has a major impact on ODAs in particular. However, these are not represented within the Scope Authority Energy Act, which means that the Scope Authority Energy Act does not want to take a decision to submit this Lean Business case to the GMM MFF without sufficient support from the ODAs.
We hereby call on ODA parties to provide input on the Lean Business Case that has now been drawn up. Do you want to view and respond to it as an ODA? Please contact Remco Rooswinkel: remco.rooswinkel@mffbas.nl.
