Based on the new Energy Act and underlying regulations, the Scope Authority Energy Act (SA-E) has drawn up 3 new Lean Business Cases (LBC’s) for changes to the market agreements.
The SA-E draws up a Scope and Implementation Strategy. Here you can see which topics we have to implement together within the sector as a result of the entry into force of the new Energy Act. At the moment, the SA-E has 39 possible topics Identified. In September, LBC’s of 9 topics established to developed to become in topics.
3 new topics
The SA-E has drawn up 3 new LBC’s of topics that have no or very limited dependence on regulations that are yet to be delivered. Of these topics, 2 were already included in the portfolio governance, namely TS004 (‘Wettelijk kader faillissement bij wegvallen MV’ (‘Legal framework for bankruptcy in the event of loss of MRP’)) and TS008 (‘Herzien Leveringszekerheidsproces Grote Aansluitingen’ (‘Revised Security of Supply Process for Large Connections’)). However, no LBC’s had yet been established for this. On Wednesday 6 November, the GMM MFF adopted these 3 LBC’s to start, update and/or elaborate in topics:
- TS004 ‘Wettelijk kader faillissement bij wegvallen MV’ (‘Legal framework for bankruptcy in the event of loss of MV’)
- TS008 ‘Herzien Leveringszekerheidsproces Grote Aansluitingen’ (‘Revised Security of Supply Process for Large Connections’)
- TS078 ‘Herzien Leveringszekerheidsproces Kleine Aansluitingen’ (‘Revised Security of Supply Process for Small Connections’)
In the coming months, the resource calls will be made in the market for the topics described above that are already being started.
