The Scope Authority Energy Act (SA-E) was established on behalf of the GMM MFF (on 20 March 2024). The aim of the SA-E is to identify topics for changes in the market agreements on the basis of the new Energy Act and underlying regulations.
The SA-E draws up a Scope and Implementation Strategy. Here you can see which topics we have to implement together within the sector as a result of the entry into force of the new Energy Act. At the moment, the SA-E has identified 37 possible topics. Of these, 9 topics are not (significant) dependent on regulations that are yet to be delivered. On Wednesday 25 September, the GMM MFF established these topics to start and elaborate. It concerns the following topics:

- TS070 ‘Registratieproces van energiegemeenschappen’ (‘Energy Communities Registration Process’)
- TS071 ‘Registratieproces van onafhankelijke vraagrespons aanbieders’ (‘Registration Process of Independent Demand Response Providers’)
- TS072 ‘Registratieproces submeetverantwoordelijke’ (‘Registration process for submetering responsible’)
- TS073 ‘Uitrusten G2C meetinrichtingen met communicatiefunctionaliteit’ (‘Equipping G2C measuring devices with communication functionality’)
- TS074 ‘Overgang telemetrie bemeten A1 Aansluitingen’ (‘Transition Telemetry Sized A1 Connections’)
- TS075 ‘Transfer of Energy vraagrespons’ (‘Transfer of Energy Demand Response’)
- TS076 ‘Updaten documentatie gegevensuitwisseling/berichten’ (‘Updating Data Exchange/Messaging Documentation’)
- TS077 ‘Updaten sectordocumentatie’ (‘Updating Sector Documentation’)
In the coming months, the resource calls will be made in the market for the topics described above that are already being started.
