Request for Change adopted for Tranche 4

On 7 February, the Portfolio Steering Committee adopted a Request for Change (RFC) for topic TS041-IC247A ‘Optimalisatie meetketen voor kleine aansluitingen (kleinverbruik)’ (‘Optimization of the measurement chain for small connections (small consumption)’. The RFC can be found on mijnMFFBAS.

Topic TS041 describes the possibility, as a selling or buying market participant, to have meter readings determined by the distribution system operator for billing purposes if an allocation point has a remotely readable metering device. The topic states that you can only submit requests for these meter readings on the desired day itself. But suppliers foresee problems if, for example, systems have a failure on that day. As a result, requests would be submitted too late. The RFC solves this problem by adding a date to the request for the determination of meter readings.

The RFC in question is RFC-026-A2.0-TR4 TS041 IC247A ‘Datum in verzoek vaststellen meterstanden en volumes KA’ (‘Date in request to determine meter readings and volumes KA’). This can be found on mijnMFFBAS. Go to: ‘Release’, ‘Tranche 4 & IC280Light A2.0’, folder ‘3. RFC’s‘.
