The Portfolio Steering Committee has adopted a Request for Change (RFC) for topic TS040 ‘Smart meter allocation’. The RFC has consequences for the calculation and fixation moments of dynamic profile fractions from the implementation of this topic.
It concerns RFC-028-A2.0-TR4 TS040 ‘Herberekening DPF op D+2’ (‘Recalculation DPF on D+2’). The determination of this RFC means the following with regard to the calculation and fixation moments:
1. D+1: maintain the determination of the dynamic profile fraction series at D+1 by 10.00 at the latest on the basis of the measurement data available at that time. But don’t fix it.
2. D+2: for all combinations, make a further determination of the dynamic profile fraction series on the basis of the measurement data available at that time. These dynamic profile fraction series are fixed.
The RFC can be found on the de Energiedatawijzer, but it still needs to be incorporated into a new version of the topic document TS040 ‘Smart meter allocation’.
