For the invoicing of settled measurement errors GV by suppliers and system operators (see topic TS035(IC252) ) ‘Verrekenproces Meetfouten GV’ (‘Settlement process measurement errors GV’)) it has been agreed that the supplier and system operator register can be filled with contact data to be used for this purpose. This filling is done on a voluntary basis. And this ensures that the invoices for settlement of measurement errors GV (IC252) end up in the right place in your organization for easy handling.
It concerns the following data:
- The email address of the department that wants to receive the invoices.
- The name of the department that wants to receive those invoices.
The party (system operator or supplier) that wants to send an invoice under IC252 can look up the necessary billing data in this register. If this information is not registered, you as the billing party must always contact the other party. Or you may send the invoice to another department of this organization with which you are already familiar.
Register not yet available
The supplier and system operator register will probably not be suitable for registering the data until 1 April 2025 at the latest. Therefore, because the first billing under IC252 will take place earlier, we want to collect this data temporarily and make it available outside the supplier and system operator register.
Provide data by 1 February 2025
That is why we call on system operators and suppliers with large connections (GV) to email the above 2 details (e-mail address and name of department) to projecten@mffbas.nl no later than 1 February 2025. This is of course, also on a voluntary basis, just as registration of this in the supplier and network operator register is voluntary. You can also send an e-mail to this address for questions about this subject.
