The implementation of Tranche 4 is in full swing. It is the last and a very important tranche of Allocatie 2.0 with an impact on suppliers, balancing responsible parties (BRPs) and system operators. Therefore, make sure you are well informed in one go and sign up for our first online information session (in Dutch) on Tuesday morning, 1 April 2025.
What is the scope?
Tranche 4 revolves around smart meter allocation and optimization of the measurement chain, among other things. There is also a relationship with the new Energy Act.
The following topics are in scope:
- TS039 (IC283) ‘Restantvolume Configuratie’ (‘Residual Volume Configuration’)
- TS040 (IC258) ‘Slimmemeterallocatie’ (‘Smart Meter Allocation’)
- TS041 (IC247A) ‘Optimalisatie meetketen voor kleine aansluitingen (kleinverbruik)’ (‘Metering Chain Optimization for Small Connections (Small Consumption)’)
At the same time as Tranche 4, topic TS046-IC280 Light (Reconciliation messages PRF to XML) will go live. There is no topic document for this topic.
Program
During the information session (in Dutch), we indicate the impact of each topic on the processes and systems for each market role. The aim is to give you a broad basis for the implementation of Tranche 4. The program is broadly as follows:
- Opening by the chair of the Integral Implementation Management Consultation
- Planning of Tranche 4
- New and changed processes and messages based on the topics in scope, with explanations per topic and the global impact per market role
- Construction and qualification of central systems of the system operators (TenneT and distribution system operators/EDSN)
- Explanation of the test and transition planning
Of course, you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.
